Workout of the Week

Again, no video this week.  My deepest apologies.  Video will be back up and running next week.  I’ll keep the exercises pretty basic, but the workout won’t be any easier.  Here you go:

  1. KB Squat Press – 20
  2. KB Squat – 20
  3. KB Squat w High Pull – 20
  4. KB Swing – 20
  5. KB Skull Crusher – 20
  6. KB Situp – 20

Complete 4-5 Rounds
