Workout of the Week

I don’t have a video for you guys this week, but don’t worry, the workout will still be just as good.  The exercises this week are all things that either we’ve done in class or I’ve posted on the blog.  Here ya go:

  1. Plank Climb
  2. Alternating Leg Lift
  3. Split Jump
  4. Bench/Box Dips
  5. Bike Jack

Those are your five exercises.  For each one, you’ve got 100 reps.  I don’t care what order you go in, or how many reps you do during each set.  Just get to 100 reps.  Move as quick as you can, but maintain proper form and technique for each exercise.

WORK HARD!!!
