This week I’ve got a new Kettlebell workout for you. This workout has four exercises. Each is a bilateral movement, meaning you’ll have to do it for the right side and left side. Here they are:
- Squat Press – 15
- Bent Over Row – 15
- Clean and Press – 15
- Arm Swing – 15
As you can see from the video, I’m doing all four exercises with my right arm first. Then, I go back to the beginning and do them all with my left arm. Complete 15 reps for each exercise on both sides. Go through 3-5 rounds.
