Workout of the Week

I’ve got 6 exercises for you this week.  I use a Kettlebell for these exercises, but you can substitute a Dumbbell if needed.  Here are your exercises and reps:

  1. Side Swing – 15R/15L
  2. Situp Side Twist – 20
  3. Chest Press to Skull Crusher – 20
  4. Offset (Single Arm) Squat – 15R/15L
  5. Single Leg Deadlift – 15R/15L
  6. Seated Around the World – 15R/15L
