THE NEW RESOLUTION SOLUTION 2014
So it’s the first of April. This year is flying by. If you’re like a lot of other folks out there, you’ve probably stumbled a bit on your New Year’s Resolution. If this is you, don’t worry, you’re not alone.
At BODYFIT, we know all too well that people tend to slip up a bit on their resolutions after a couple of months. That’s why we’re here. We’re here to help you get back on track and get back in the swing of things. It’s a very difficult task, sticking to a resolution, one that you shouldn’t have to complete alone. So we want to help you out by providing new fitness challenges, nutritional challenges/advice, and new and fun classes for our clients. Introducing THE NEW RESOLUTION SOLUTION. This is an updated version of the packets we put together at the beginning of the year. We know you all still have your packets, right? Regardless, stop by and pick up the updated workout sheets and Resolution Solution cards to hand out to your friends. This is a FREE goal focused program! You do not have to be a BF PUNCH member. It’s FREE come and get it!
Weekly Exercises – To this point, we’ve given our clients a 3-month calendar with scheduled exercises for each day. We will continue to do this, giving new exercises, repetition ranges, and or times/distances. This is not meant to be done in place of your workouts, but along with your workouts. For the next 3 months, the exercise calendar is going to look a little different. This time, there is only 1 exercise per week but the repetitions are HIGH. These repetitions can be split up between days and can easily be done during a commercial break or right when you get home from work. Just another way to for you to stick to your resolution by moving and burning some additional calories!!
Mileage – Spring and summer are right around the corner (let’s hope) and the weather will, at some point, begin to warm up. This means there will be more time to be outside!! With that, more opportunity to walk, run, or bike around and enjoy the weather. We try not to take the fun out of enjoying the weather, but why not get a little bit of fitness out of it at the same time?? For those of you who are serious about getting and staying in shape, we have set a goal of 10 miles of running/walking/biking (20 miles if you’re going to bike) per week, for the next 3 months. Get ready to burn some calories in the summer sun!!
As mentioned earlier, these challenges are not intended to be done in place of your normal workouts/classes but rather, in addition to. So, along with the weekly exercises and the mileage challenges, we are going to set a class challenge of a minimum of 2 classes per week. At BODYFIT PUNCH, we will put up a new chart for you to track your challenges over a 12 week period (starting next week). This is obviously stepping it up a notch or two. We believe in you! You can do it and if you do these challenges, along with the nutrition program provided in the Resolution Solution, we will GUARANTEE the results!
We are not Registered Nutritionists. But we follow very strict eating habits and have all done various nutritional challenges with great success. We have provided a fool proof nutrition plan/challenge in the Resolution Solution that will insure your success, no matter what your goals are!

Commitment Contract: We want to know that you are serious about this program. There is no point in setting a New Year’s Resolution if you are not willing to commit to it and follow the steps necessary to accomplish your goals.
Goal Sheet: Goals are more likely to be accomplished if they are written down. With 3, 6, 9 and 12 month goals, you will be able to track your progress for the entire year.
Challenges: There three different challenges within this package. Challenge 1 will involve the weekly exercises. Challenge 2 will be a mileage challenge (10 miles a week) run/walk. Challenge 3 will be to attend a minimum of 2 classes per week.
Nutrition Guide: Nutrition is AT LEAST 75% of the battle! Your nutrition plays a HUGE role in accomplishing your goals! Without a proper nutrition guide, you are just spinning your wheels. You may see some initial results but in the long run, you will not be able to get where you want to be. We have put together a great nutritional guide for you to follow that will ensure your success no matter what your goals are.
