- Renegade Rows 10 R/L
- Plank Climbs 10 R/L
- Pushup Position Frogs 10 R/L
- DB Squat Press
I’ve provided you a sample of 3/4 reps for each exercise in order to show you what the workout should look like. As always, go from one exercise right into the next. Complete 2-3 Rounds.
