Workout of the Week

I’ve got five exercises for you this week.  Each exercise will have 20 reps

  1. Renegade Rows 10 R/L
  2. Plank Climbs 10 R/L
  3. Pushup Position Frogs 10 R/L
  4. Burpees
  5. DB Squat Press

I’ve provided you a sample of 3/4 reps for each exercise in order to show you what the workout should look like.  As always, go from one exercise right into the next.  Complete 2-3 Rounds.
