Plank Jacks

As you can see here, this is a pretty simple exercise.  Start by holding the front plank position.  Then, just as you would for a jumping jack, jump and land with your feet apart and then pull them right back together.  Just like a regular plank hold, focus on keeping your abs tight throughout the movement.  If you feel yourself start to pull your hips up in an effort to make it a little easier, then stop completely and rest.
