Workout of the Week

Here are your five exercises and reps for this weeks workout.

  1. Burpee – 10
  2. KB Situp – 20
  3. Plank Climb – 30
  4. KB Swing – 40
  5. KB Reverse Lunge – 50

Go through these as quickly as possible, but keep proper form on your exercises.  Rest when necessary.  2-4 rounds.
