Workout of the Week

This week I have five exercises for you:

  1. KB Swing
  2. Pushup
  3. Alternate Front Lunge
  4. Plank Climb
  5. Situps

The format is pretty simple:

  • Round 1 – 40 Reps
  • Round 2 – 30 Reps
  • Round 3 – 20 Reps
  • Round 4 – 10 Reps

Complete all repetitions of each exercise, in order, before moving on to the next one.  Rest only after all five exercises have been completed.
