Workout of the Week

This week we’re going very high reps.  I’m only giving you four exercises to complete, but for each one, I want 200 reps.  You can break down your sets, reps, and order any way you want to.  As long as you get to 200 total reps for each exercise, I don’t care how you do it.  Here are your exercises:

  1. KB Swing
  2. Squat Jump
  3. Pushups OR Floor Chest Press
  4. Jumping Jacks

Again, I don’t care how many reps you do at a time, or what your order is.  Just get to 200 reps for each exercise.
