Workout of the Week

You’ve got 5 exercises this week… The workout is pretty simple – 100 reps of each exercise.  For the exercises that are bilateral (one arm/leg at a time) complete 50 for each side, with a slightly heavier weight.  I don’t care how many reps you do of each exercise at a time.  Break them down however you want, just get to 100.

  1. KB Around the World
  2. Bottom Half Burpee
  3. KB Swing
  4. Scorpion Pushup
  5. KB Rev Lunge Swing
