Workout of the Week

This week I’ve got a high rep workout for you.  You won’t be doing anything for less than 25 reps.  You’ve only got four total exercises, but you’ll be doing a high number of each one.  Here you go…

  • Burpees – 25 Reps
  • Alternating Front Lunge – 50 Reps (25 R/25 L)
  • Pushups – 75 Reps
  • Situps – 100 Reps
  • Pushups – 75 Reps
  • Alternating Front Lunge – 50 Reps (25 R/25 L)
  • Burpees – 25 Reps

As with most workouts, complete all reps for one exercise before moving on to the next.  Go through quickly, but maintain proper form on all exercises.  Feel free to grab some dumbbells on your front lunges, also.
