Workout of the Week

This week you’ve got two exercises: 1) KB Thruster and 2) Burpee

Start with the Thruster.  Pick a weight that is heavier than you would normally use, because you are only going to complete 10 repetitions at a time.  After your 10 KB Thrusters, you’re going to do 5 Burpees.  As soon as you can after your Burpees, get back to your Thrusters.  Complete 10 rounds.

10 Thrusters/5 Burpees – 10 Rounds.  Finish with 50 Situps

WORK HARD!!!!
