Workout of the Week

10 Exercises.  1 Round.  Go through as quick as you can.

  1. Squat Jump – 100
  2. Situp – 90
  3. Alternating Front Lunge – 80
  4. Jumping Jack Burpee – 70 (1 Burpee every 5 Jacks)
  5. Leg Lift – 60
  6. Pushups – 50
  7. Mountain Climber – 40
  8. Plank Climb – 30
  9. Burpee Crossover – 20
  10. Side Plank Reach Through – 10 Each Side

Complete all repetitions for one exercise before moving on.
