Workout of the Week

Four Exercises.  15 Minutes.  Complete as many rounds as you can in that time.

  1. KB Swing – 25 Reps
  2. Cross Toe Touch Jump – 20 Reps
  3. Burpee Crossover – 15 Reps
  4. Plank Climb – 10 Reps

Rest only when needed.  WORK HARD!!!!!
