Something to focus on…

To further add to my point from earlier this week…

Earlier this week, in PART I and PART II of “Not all About the Mirror,” I talked about how the numbers on the scale and what you see in the mirror shouldn’t always be your main focal point.  I think this caption here can go a long way in helping you focus on the right things, instead of the numbers.  By focusing on what you CAN do, as opposed to what you’re not able to do YET, you can get so much more out of not only your fitness journey, but life in general.  Maybe you ran a mile for the first time.  Maybe you lifted a heavier weight than you’ve ever lifted before.  Or maybe you just went through your first hour-long fitness class.  Whatever it is, you’re better at it today than you were yesterday.  Focus on that – the positive.  Not the negative.
