Workout of the Week

Grab a Kettlebell and a Medicine Ball and GET TO WORK!!!

  1. Jumping Jacks – 100
  2. Crunches – 90
  3. KB Front Lunge – 80
  4. Situps – 70
  5. Pushups – 60
  6. KB Thruster – 50
  7. Bottom Half Burpee – 40
  8. MB Slam – 30
  9. KB Swing – 20
  10. Squat Jump – 10

Complete ALL reps for each exercise, in order, before moving on to the next one.  As always, rest when needed, but push yourself.

WORK HARD!!!!
