Workout of the Week

5 Exercises.  5 Rounds.  15 Reps Each.  Here you go.

  1. Squat Jump
  2. Renegade Row – One Pushup.  Two Rows
  3. Pushup Position Crossover – Each Leg
  4. Thruster
  5. Burpee

As always, go through quickly, resting only when absolutely necessary.

WORK HARD!!!
