Workout of the Week

I’m going to keep it simple this week.  You’ve got 5 exercises.  100 reps each.  I don’t care the order, format, or number of reps you do at a time.  Just get from start to finish.  Here are you exercises

  1. Squat Jump
  2. Pushup Position Crossover
  3. KB Swing
  4. DB/KB Thruster
  5. Bottom Half Burpee

WORK HARD!!!!
