Workout of the Week

I’ve got 5 exercises for you this week.  You will complete 50 reps of each exercise.  After each exercise, complete 10 Burpees, totaling 50 after the whole circuit.  Here are your exercises, in order.

  1. Alternating KB Lunge
  2. Pushups
  3. Squat Crossover
  4. Pushup Position Crossover
  5. KB Thruster

This may take you a little bit on each exercise, but finish each exercise before going to your burpees and moving on to the next exercise.  Complete 2 rounds.  This will make for 100 total reps of every exercise.

WORK HARD!!!
