Workout of the Week

You’ll need a couple of dumbbells and a stopwatch for this week’s workout.  You’ve got 5 exercise and 3 rounds.  The exercises and reps will be the same for each round.  Here you go:

  1. Jumping Jacks – 25 Reps
  2. DB Shoulder Press – 20 Reps
  3. DB Skier Swing – 15 Reps
  4. Pushups – 10 Reps
  5. Burpees – 5 Reps

Round 1 = 8 Min

Round 2 = 7 Min

Round 3 = 5 Min

Complete as many circuits as possible, in order, each round.  Rest 1-2 minutes in between each round and get back to it!!
