Workout of the Week

We’ve got 5 exercises this week.  They are listed here, in order, with their repetitions.

  1. KB Swing – 25 reps
  2. 4 Point Ab Touch – 20 reps (10 Each Leg)
  3. KB Split Jump Exchange – 15 reps (Each Leg)
  4. Scorpion Pushup – 10 reps (Each Leg)
  5. Burpee – 5 reps

Complete 4 rounds of this circuit.  As always, rest only when needed and push yourself through each round.
