Workout of the Week

This workout is a timed workout.  I’m giving you 5 exercises to complete, in order, with the amount of reps given.  Each cycle is going to be 10 minutes long.  Here are your 5 exercises:

  1. DB/KB Thruster – 20
  2. Speed Skaters – 20 (R/L is 1 Rep)
  3. Kick Through – 20 (R/L is 2 Reps)
  4. KB Swing – 20
  5. Bottom Half Burpees – 20

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.  Once you’ve completed your burpees, go back to the top for thrusters again.  Rest only when necessary.  After 10 minutes, rest for 1-2 minutes.  Repeat 2 more times for 3 total rounds of 10 minutes.

WORK HARD!!!!
