  1. KB Reverse Lunge Swing – 15 Each Leg
  2. Bottom Half Burpee
  3. Scorpion Pushups – 15 Each Leg
  4. KB Thruster
  5. Pushups Crossover
  6. Split Squat Jump – 15 Each Leg
  7. Cross Toe Touch Jump – 15 Each Way
