I’ve got 5 exercises for you guys this week. I want you to perform them in a circuit, going right from one into the next. The only catch is that the reps will be in a pyramid scheme, so they will be different each time through the circuit. Here are your exercises.
- Bottom Half Burpees
- Situp Bicycle Twist
- Cross Toe Touch Jump
- Plank Climb
Now, here is the rep scheme for the pyramid: 10 – 20 – 30 – 20 – 10.
So, first round through you complete 10 reps of each exercise. Next round 20. Then 30. Then work your way back down to 10. if you’ve still got any energy go through one more round of 10 reps at the end for an even 100 reps with each exercise.
