Workout of the Week

It’s 7:50 AM as I begin to put this workout together for you.  And being that I’m always looking for some sort of theme to the workout, this week I’m using the current time.  So, I’ve got 7 exercises for you to do, 50 reps each exercise.  Here they are…

  1. Alternating Lunge
  2. Renegade Pushup
  3. Jack Knife
  4. Split Squat Jump
  5. Dips
  6. Alternating Leg Lift
  7. Mountain Climbers

Rest 1-2 minutes.  Repeat for 2-3 circuits

**For bi-lateral exercises (lunges, mountain climbers, etc.) complete 50 total reps.  25 reps each limb.

WORK HARD!!!
