Burpees – 50 Reps
Like I said, It’s pretty simple this weekend. Do 50 burpees AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Record your time. Then, rest for as long as you need to let your heart rate get back down to normal, and do it again. See if your second round can match or beat the first round.
