  1. Lateral Pushup – 10 (Each Arm)
  2. Bottom Half Burpee – 20
  3. Squat Jump – 30
  4. Situp Bicycle Twist – 40
  5. Alternating Lunge – 50 (25 Each Leg)

5 Rounds.
