It’s time for your weekend challenge!! This one is pretty simple, just get to the prescribed amount of reps. Break the exercises into however many reps or sets you prefer, just get them done!!
- Burpees – 25
- Mountain Climbers – 50
- Pushups – 75
- Situps – 100
Like I mentioned, break them down any way you prefer, just complete them, and do it as fast as possible.
