BodyFIT Weekend Challenge

The weekends are normally a time to relax, get away from work, and just enjoy some free time.  Trust me, I take every opportunity I can do be unproductive on at least one weekend day.  With that said, the weekends don’t give us a “freebie” from exercise.  If anything, it gives us more time to get to a solid workout in.  So, I’m going to start doing a Weekend Challenge in which I give you a short, yet intense, circuit or exercise to do in order to get a quick and effective workout.  This week it is a circuit.

  1. Burpees – 10
  2. Pushups – 20
  3. Squat Jumps – 30

Complete those three exercises as quickly as possible for 1 Round.  Complete 5 rounds and record your time.  This shouldn’t take you a terribly long time and you don’t need any equipment.  So there is no excuse not to take 5-10 minutes and get after it.  This is a great way to get your heart rate up and get a good muscle burn in a short amount of time.  Comment below with your time.
