Workout of the Week

This week we have two exercises mixed with some quick cardio.  The exercises are two of my favorites: Burpees and DB Thrusters.  For those that aren’t familiar with the DB Thruster, it is essentially a FULL squat with a DB Overhead Press at the top.  For those of you that aren’t familiar with the Burpee, we can not be friends.  Here we go:

  • 1A) DB Thruster – 20
  • 1B) Burpee – 5
  • 1C) Treadmill – 90 Seconds
  • 2A) DB Thruster – 15
  • 2B) Burpee – 10
  • 2C) Treadmill – 90 Seconds
  • 3A) DB Thruster – 10
  • 3B) Burpee – 15
  • 3C) Treadmill – 90 Seconds
  • 4A) DB Thruster – 5
  • 4B) Burpee – 20
  • 4C) Treadmill – 90 Seconds

As always, go trough this workout as quickly as possible, only resting when necessary.  ENJOY.
