Workout of the Week

After a long absence, we are working to get this bodyFIT blog back up and running.  It is a little bit different from the last blog we had, so it may take some time to get things the way we really want them.  BUT, in the meantime, since I know all of you have been waiting for this, here is the first edition of your Workout of the Week..

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

  1. Pullups (assisted if needed) – 10 Reps
  2. Pushups – 20 Reps
  3. Situps – 30 Reps
  4. Speed Squats – 40 Reps
  5. Jump Rope/Jumping Jacks – 50 Reps

As mentioned, you want to get as many rounds in as you can in the time given.  Push yourself and only rest when absolutely necessary.  Post how many rounds you get in the comment section.
